"We have a patio with some cracking we were concerned about. We wanted to find out what would be needed to repair it for continued use. Based on a recommendation from another professional, we called Hard Rock Concrete. Unlike several other companies we had contacted, they answered the phone in a friendly and professional manner, committed to an appointment, and Mark showed up!
He looked at the problem and explained what was happening and why it was happening. He assured us we can continue to use the space as it was intended. He could have "taken us for a ride", doing repairs and collecting money, but he didn't. So, while we cannot attest to the quality of any work done, we can say that he seems to be an honest, stand-up kind of man. Should we need any concrete work done in the future, we know who to call!

"Hard Rock Concrete did a fabulous job of replacing our unattractive and deteriorating flagstone patio and walkway along with repairing a section of our driveway. A tree root had cracked and pushed the section of driveway up about 1.5".
Mark and his crew excavated the areas including removing the old flagstone, prepared the areas for concrete then worked their magic! The finished product includes the grading I needed for my patio drainage, and stamping and coloring I specified. They gave me a new and beautiful flagstone look to my patio and walkway areas, along with sealing the areas. The section of driveway is now nicely sloped and looks great.
I'm already planning other projects around our home that involves Hard Rock Concrete!"

"7 weeks ago I needed a project done and had contractors I thought I could trust come in to do work. Long story short, these other guys UTTERLY destroyed my backyard, all the fencing I had - damaged, broke windows, damaged gutters, gaits, YOU NAME IT. I literally was in a bad place, I had never seen such a mess. I called so many places who would not even touch it, it was so bad. And then I found Hard Rock! I called and talked to Tara who was so pleasant, understanding and made me feel so comfortable. She told Mark (the owner) about my situation and he drove over an hour to get to me right away. Mark and his team have been at my house since that day working so hard! Today is the final day. My yard went from looking like the city dump to a true backyard oasis. This team has done amazing work, and quality work. They have been on time and so reasonable! I am FOREVER great! "Mark and his crew of five poured a 12' x 14' patio in our back yard. It looks like somewhat weathered red bricks with a bit of a sheen but is actually stamped concrete. Two separate coats of sealer were applied, so the surface should resist the weather and scratching for a long time. It has very good rebar so cracking should not be a problem. A border of stamped bricks around the edge with a slightly different color really sets off the whole look. The patio reminds us of the brick work that is common in many countries in Europe. Now we can set in the backyard with a cappuccino and think back on sunny afternoons in Northern Italy. The crew produced a work of art and we hope to enjoy it for years to come"

"I'm a Project Manager by trade so I deal with Contractors every day managing Scope, Schedule and Costs.
Original Scope: HRCC added a 1,000 sq ft to my existing deck, covered both the new & existing deck with the epoxy coating, etched and stained it to look like slate.
Added Scope: I had HRCC add a custom rock garden (approx. 8 tons of rock) and sod my yard with Zoysia.
Schedule: HRCC was able to complete my original scope ahead of schedule. I had a party planned when I added the additional scope. Since it was the busy season, I expected the additional work to not start for several weeks however, HRCC started it the next day and finished within a week.
Costs: While costs are always a factor I typically decide based on value. In my opinion HRCC provides a great value for the costs. Mark, Tracey and the rest of the ownership team were wonderful to deal with and care about their customers. Most important to me were the caliber of the people doing the work. It was very easy to tell that they took great pride in their work, were very good at what they were doing and have worked at HRCC for decades.
In addition to their work the HRCC crew worked well with the other contractors I had on site i.e. Electrician, Sprinkler Technician etc.
All of our friends that have seen our remodeled yard is amazed at the change and our neighbors keep stopping by to look at the work we had done. If you choose HRCC you will not be disappointed."
